We require ready access to your home or office on cleaning day. You may provide us with a key, as it is not necessary for you to be present. Our company is fully insured and bonded; each client is afforded strict security. If we are unable to enter your location upon arrival, a lockout or late-cancellation fee may apply.
You will be sent a text with you invoice prior to your appointment. You can pay before or at the time of services. Payment accepted are by credit card, cash, venmo or by check; please place your payment in plain view on the kitchen counter or table. The client will pay $25.00 per check for non-sufficient funds.
We ask that prior to arrival your pet is secured and separated from the house cleaning team. The client/pet owner is ultimately responsible for any injury incurred by either your pet or our team member.
We care about your valuables -- we make every effort to protect your property from breakage. However, accidents can happen. Clean Green Services must be notified within 48 hours of service if damage is discovered. Clean Green Services is not liable for damage due to faulty furnishings or equipment, such as (but not limited to) inadequately installed lighting, appliances or shelving.
Unexpected cancellations of less than 24 hour's notice will result in a fee charged to cover lost time to our valuable staff up to the full amount of the cleaning service reserved.
We will occasionally take photos of your home and rooms for social media purposes. If you do not wish for photos to be visible please let Veronica know.
